Internet marketers know how important strong landing pages are for business. The landing page can be the one diving line between failure and success. If you do not pay proper attention to creating a solid landing page your profits and conversions are likely to pay the price. You take the time to create a landing page with the expectation of getting a good response from your audience. Now, you can do a number of things to boost the conversion rate of your landing page, but one of the growing trends these days is to use a video on your page, rather than a text sales copy. And this is actually helping marketers get a better conversion rate because videos are working better than text. Video is becoming more and more common and expected online which is part of the reason it’s so effective on landing pages. Tone and inflection also come across much better in video than in text content so it’s easier to connect with your audience. More senses are involved when watching rather than reading. Because of this, more marketers are beginning to include video for higher landing page conversions.

To say the landing page headline is important is a true understatement. Create several headlines each containing the strongest benefit you have to offer, and then setup a URL rotator and test your headlines against each other.

Your good efforts to write a compelling headline, and then continuing to test it, will pay off the more you do it. If you’re selling a product on your landing page or grabbing leads, offer a strong, iron clad guarantee that makes your prospect feel comfortable in taking the required action.

Anything you can add to the landing page that helps with your credibility or perception of expert status will not hurt. While there are other considerations when it comes to conversion rate, your ability to create trust does come into play, to be sure.

All in all, optimizing your landing page the right way can lead to increased profits and a growing conversion ratio. It’s impossible to predict how long it will take, but overall it shouldn’t take very long. If you target audience is in the Toshiba mini laptop niche, make sure you’re focusing on them and not yourself.
