Is Water Just Water?

“Approximately 10 years ago, with the help of nuclear magnetic resonance (*NMR) appliance, it was confirmed that water does not exist in single unit molecules, but forms a molecular population (**cluster) out of approximately 13 water molecules. These clusters are constantly repeating an aggregation-disaggregation process. Enagic systems do just that.

The quality of water depends on the size of its clusters. For example, small clusters have active molecules that increase the capacity of water to dissolve elements (solubility), let elements pass through (permeability), and let heat pass through (conduction). Electrolysis causes the water clusters to break, and Kangen water has clusters made up of 5 to 6 water molecules. This is approximately half that of tap water (12 – 15 water molecules/cluster) and is most beneficial for your health. ” – Leveluk DX Q&A Enagic

What are the benefits you receive from Enagic Leveluk ‘micro-clustered’ water? Here are a few examples (with restaurants and kitchens in mind):

1. Because of its greater ability to dissolve elements (solubility), you need less tea, coffee, etc., base to make a drink or cup of soup. So you need to purchase less ingredients (economical).

2. Due to its greater ability to pass through elements (permeability), it is able to change the texture and taste of your foods. Try placing a banana in kangen water for about 45 minutes before eating and compare with one that has not been soaked. Before opening and eating, some people soak their entire carton of milk, plastic bottle of mayonnaise, package of bean sprouts, etc., in kangen water.

3. Kangen water lets heat pass through (conduction) more readily. Following is an over-simplified explanation, but easy to use: Imagine 2 large cages of the same size. One is filled with charcoal bricks the size of basketballs, the other cage is filled with charcoal bricks the size of softballs. Kangen water (which is about 1/3 -1/2 the cluster size of tap water) is like the second cage. Since kangen water clusters are smaller, they transfer heat more rapidly than the larger-clustered tap water. What does that mean for you? It means that your water boils faster – so you need less electricity or gas (less waiting time too). And this in turn may mean a smaller gas or electric bill for you. Enagic kangen water.

Terminology
*Nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus (NMR)
An apparatus that utilizes electromagnetic waves to measure/determine the molecular population in water. It is used in research on the composition of matter as well as in medical fields.

**Molecular cluster
Water molecules stick together to form a grape-like structure. Approximately 13 water molecules form a molecular population which is known as a cluster.

This is a great product and a great way to become more healthy for sure. This is a great way to make extra income as well and if you get a unit you are also able to get into the business.
